Maple Hill Notes

Reminder to residents: The dues will remain at $105 per month per unit effective January 1, 2010.

The Design Review form has changed and must now be completed with every request. (See link below)

Effective January 1, 2010, Contractor’s Insurance Certificates and building permits for certain projects must be submitted.

Message from the Design Review Committee: Residents must have their DR form submitted in advance of the monthly meeting to receive approval during that month. There will be no exceptions unless it is an emergency. In the case of emergency, contact the PhoneMate for instructions. If you have completed work cited in a walk-around inspection, please inform the Maple Hill office through the PhoneMate.
